We at Scrunch N Smile know how important it is for you to receive your purchased products on time. Shipping and Order have various factors associated with it, as it is a collective responsibility of us as well as our shipping partners depending on the delivery location.
After an order is placed with Scrunch N Smile. We make sure to prioritize your order for dispatch as soon as possible from our end.
Depending on the shipping geographical location and the availability of our courier partner’s service availability in that area, your order is dispatched from our end with a suitable courier partner within 3-4 working days of the order placement, depending upon the order volume at that time.
After the dispatch process is done it is expected to reach you within 2-10 working days at the most 12 working days, please note we do not have control over unforeseen circumstances hence order might delay in such cases, we expect you to cooperate in such situations.
One’s packages are handed over to the courier partner it is no longer in our hands,
Scrunch N Smile is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect and insufficient/incomplete addresses provided by the customers.
Scrunch N Smile is not responsible for any package returned due to insufficient/incomplete addresses, incorrect addresses, recipients not available at the time of delivery, and in some cases recipients returning the package.
we do not accept forced free shipping of packages that are returned.
Once any package is returned we will get in touch with you to re-ship the package. In this case, you would bear the shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped.
We ship pan India via Delhivery and all orders are shipped on a surface transport basis.
If your order exceeds 60+ products extra ship shall be borne (in such cases we will contact you)

No confirmation mail delivered to customers indicates the order was not captured on the website as the customers did not wait or come back to the website after completing the payment as a mandatory step with an instruction of redirect mentioned at the time of payment. even though the money got deducted. In such cases once known we shall issue the partial refund with a deduction of 3% payment gateway charges which are mandatory due to failure of redirecting or coming back to the website after the payment. We strictly accept no forced refunds of the mandatory charges.

We follow a no return, no exchange policy due to hygiene precautions.
If, in case any product is missing it will be sent immediately Only if you sent us a COMPLETE unboxing video ( from the very start until showcasing the products you received and the one’s you didn’t) with a 360-degree view making the tracking Id and address page completely visible before opening the seal of the package/courier bag.
All issues will be taken into consideration ONLY reported with 24 hours after delivery, we do not accept any issues reported after 24 hours of delivery.
All we ask is to drop an email with the missing product and a complete unboxing video as mentioned above.
Note: As some items are limited editions if the missing product fails to be available we will get in touch with you for alternative products available in the same range.
In some cases due to default courier services orders will be self-collected by the customers. A simple mail of order not delivered will help us raise a complaint regarding the same which will help us know if the order is to be self-collected from the nearest P.o.This is most likely to happen in 0.001 percent of cases, we expect you to co-operate with it as it is completely out of our hands. In any case, customers refuse to self collect we expect you to inform us, a return request will be taken into consideration with a refund of the product value. The customer will have to bear with the shipping charges.
In case we receive no reply for reshipment (common reasons: invalid/incomplete address, customer unavailable, refused to accept the order,, etc ) within 36 hours a refund will be initiated, the customer will be borne with a two-way MANDATORY delivery charge of 12O/160 INR depending on your shipping region provided, we do not accept forced refunds.
We do not entertain open delivery, any package that came returned to us will be reshipped, shipping charges will be borne by the customer, for cancellation of order a two-way shipping charge will be borne by the customer
By any means due to any reasons listed by the customer for cancellation or returns, a two-way ship charge shall be borne by them.
We DO NOT accept forced return/exchange if the video criteria mentioned above are not fulfilled.
